educacionais for igual ou superior a 60% (sessenta por cento);
§
Até 75% (setenta e cinco por cento) de financiamento, quando o
percentual do comprometimento da renda familiar mensal bruta per capita com os
encargos educacionais for igual ou superior a 40% (quarenta por cento) e menor
de 60% (sessenta por cento);
§
Até 50% (cinquenta por cento) de financiamento, quando o
percentual do comprometimento da renda familiar mensal bruta per capita com os
encargos educacionais for igual ou superior a 20% (vinte por cento) e menor de
40% (quarenta por cento).
Os
estudantes com renda familiar mensal bruta maior de 10 (dez) salários mínimos e
menor ou igual a 15 (quinze) salários mínimos tem as seguinte exigências quanto
ao percentual máximo:
§
Até 75% (setenta e cinco por cento) de financiamento, quando o
percentual do comprometimento da renda familiar mensal bruta per capita com os
encargos educacionais for igual ou superior a 40% (quarenta por cento);
§
Até 50% (cinquenta por cento) de financiamento, quando o
percentual do comprometimento da renda familiar mensal bruta per capita com os
encargos educacionais for igual ou superior a 20% (vinte por cento) e menor de
40% (quarenta por cento).
Em caso de renda familiar mensal bruta maior de 15 (quinze)
salários mínimos e menor ou igual a 20 (vinte) salários mínimos o percentual
máximo é de 50% (cinquenta por cento) de financiamento
no Fies 2014, quando o percentual do comprometimento da renda
familiar mensal bruta per capita com os encargos educacionais for igual ou
superior a 20% (vinte por cento).
O
objetivo do Fies com este percentual é ser o mais justo com aqueles que são
menos providos de recurso, como podemos observar tudo depende de quanto uma
mensalidade pode afetar na vida de uma família e qual é o percentual de
endividamento da cada.
